The Role – Data Analyst
Location: Australia (Remote and Hybrid Options Available)
We’re looking for a Data Analyst who thrives on uncovering insights, transforming complex data into meaningful stories, and driving business impact. You’ll work with cutting-edge analytics tools, translating raw datasets into powerful narratives that inform strategic decision-making.
This role blends technical expertise, analytical thinking, and business acumen. You’ll work with large-scale data platforms, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure our clients extract maximum value from their data.
Your Impact
- Turn raw data into meaningful insights – Use data wrangling, visualisation, and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with business leaders – Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide analytical solutions.
- Optimise reporting and dashboards – Develop clear, insightful, and interactive visualisations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Ensure data quality and governance – Maintain clean, structured, and reliable datasets to support accurate reporting.
- Drive automation and efficiency – Use SQL, Python, or R to automate workflows and enhance analytical capabilities.
- Stay ahead of the curve – Continuously explore new data trends, AI advancements, and analytics best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and cloud data warehouses (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, or Databricks).
- Excellent communication skills – Able to tell compelling stories with data.
- A passion for problem-solving and driving data-informed decisions.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML techniques and predictive analytics.
- Exposure to big data platforms like Databricks or Spark.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-impact environments.
