Stephen Aitken is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with over 25 years of experience in consulting, technology, and digital transformation. Stephen has led three ventures to exits —Sapient i7, Tquila, and Simply CRM—were acquired by industry giants such as Publicis Groupe and Accenture, underscoring his ability to build, scale, and integrate businesses while delivering exceptional value to stakeholders.

As the Founder and CEO of Sapient i7, Stephen established a Platinum Salesforce Consulting Partner that rapidly scaled to meet the growing demand for Salesforce expertise across EMEA. Sapient i7 was awarded the “Rising Star Award 2018” by Salesforce.com, as the most promising new Salesforce partner before being acquired by Publicis Groupe.

During his tenure as COO of Tquila UK, Stephen structured the organisation to secure a strong exit to Accenture while embedding operational processes that ensured profitability and scalability.

Stephen’s entrepreneurial success is fueled by his strategic vision, operational expertise, and passion for fostering high-performing teams. He is an advocate for lean and agile methodologies, which he integrates into every aspect of business operations.

Outside of work, Stephen is a dedicated family man, a slow-but-determined marathon runner, an avid traveller, and an audiobook enthusiast who embraces continuous learning in both his personal and professional life.
